How do I make a custom steam skin?

    The files are in Program Files\Steam\skins. You edit the Resource\steamscheme.res if you just want to change colors.

    Well I mean like specificly like Make stuff camo and crap like that. Custom images to put logos. You know stuff like that. Also I have no clue how to edit the .res files. Tutorial please.

    Haha don't listen to them. Go to the tutorial section at the top and then look for some tutorials, there should be plenty.

    You can edit the res file with any text editor. ex: Notepad.
